The Dukan Diet – is a revolutionary slimming plan that has taken France by storm. It promises fast, effective weight loss, followed by an eating plan that ensures you stay slim, while incredibly allowing you to enjoy unlimited quantities of real food.

The Diet offers various Phases to follow:-

The Attack Phase – 1-10 days of eating just meat, fish, eggs and no fat dairy products. You can eat as much as you want, when you want.

The Cruise Phase – Alternate protein only days with Protein & Vegetable Days. Introducing unlimited vegetables.

Consolidation – Every day is a protein and vegetable day, but add a piece of fruit, two slices of bread and a slice of cheese each day plus one or two starchy meals (pasta/risotto) a week, plus a couple of celebration meals per week where you can eat whatever you like. Stay on this stage for 5 days for every 1lb you lost in the previous phases.
