With years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Fit Camp UK and Zumba Instructor.

I work with Dave Hughes at Activ8 Fitness for my Personal Training business that is based in the Solihull area. I also run Flava Fitness.

I am a freelance instructor /personal trainer at Fitness First, where I do most of my personal training and class instructing.

I also train clients at home, work as well as running Zumba classes around my local areas of Balsall Common, Hampton-in-Arden, and Great Barr (details below).

I am also lucky enough to be an instructor here with Fit Camp UK!

I am a highly energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person, and I love my job. I believe anything is achievable when we put our minds to it. Everyone is individual and we all have different training aspirations, and sometimes all we need is that extra push.

That’s where we come in! The group training environment provided by us at Fit Camp UK is an ideal way to not only reap the many benefits of exercise, but we also have fun at the same time! I bring variation and creativity to the sessions, using my experience from both personal training and fitness instructing to ensure that you will see those results you’ve only been able to dream of!

Tues:    8.15pm – 9.15pm at the Great Barr Community Hub

Weds:  8.00pm – 9.00pm at Balsall Common Village Hall

Sat:      10.00am – 11.00am at The Hampton Gym, Hampton-in-Arden

Sun:     10.00am – 11.00am at the Great Barr Community Hub
